The Board of Directors has established policies and procedures for shareholders wishing to communicate with the Board of Directors. Any Fundtech shareholder may send communications to the Board of Directors as a whole, the independent directors as a group, the Chairman of the Board or any other individual member of the Board or any Board committee by submitting those communications to the appropriate person or group at the following address:

Shareholders may also electronically submit their communications using the form at the bottom of this page.
Each such communication should contain the full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address of the sender. Communications should not exceed 500 words in length.
If sender is not a record holder of Fundtech stock, the communication should be accompanied by appropriate evidence of stock ownership (such as an accounting statement showing ownership of Fundtech stock).
If sender is not a shareholder, the communication should indicate the precise nature of the sender’s interest in Fundtech (supplier, client, etc.).
Fundtech’s transmission of such communications to the directors does not imply any duty of the directors to the sending party beyond such duties of the directors as are proscribed by applicable laws.
The following types of communications will not be forwarded:
- Correspondence which relates to individual grievances or concerns of the communicating party which could not be reasonably construed as being of general concern to the shareholders; or
- Correspondence which advocates illegal activities or which contains comments of an offensive, scurrilous or abusive nature; or
- Correspondence which has no rational relation to Fundtech’s business or operations.
At the discretion of the board of directors, any communications may be shared with the executive managers of Fundtech.
